Herlin owns a copy store that also provides internet access, sells office supplies, and offers transcription services. Her husband Aido works in an office while her three children Jesus, Aido, and Jiordy are in school.

Herlin plans on making extensive improvements to her internet access points, purchasing more computers, headphones, and webcams for her clients' use. She dreams of providing a better quality of life for her children and helping them become working professionals, and to this end is in the process of constructing a second story on her house, so that the entire first floor can be dedicated to the business.
