Samuel Omondi Oluma

Samuel Omondi Oluma is a 30 year old entrepreneur. He is married to Shalima and they have been blessed with one child. Samuel's aim is to provide quality education to his child and be able to provide and set a strong foundation for his family's future. For the last four years Samuel has been operating a general shop where he sells commodity on retail basis. He thanks to God because in this four years his business has been recording tremendous growth. He is currently making a monthly profit of ksh40000 and has managed to employ one person to assist him in running the business.

Opportunity Kenya is currently funding Samuel with the third loan that Samuel intends to invest by increasing his business stock. At the moment when the schools are opening, he is intending to stock more stationery which he says will go a long way in increasing his monthly income because their demand currently is high. Samuel is very optimistic that he will be able to expand his business and he credits this to the support he’s receiving from his trust group members and Opportunity Kenya officers.
