Afua Esuan
Afua Esuan, 45 years old, lives and takes care of her three kids, two boys and a girl. Currently, all of them are pursuing education at the junior and senior high school levels.
Afua wants to make sure that she is financially able to support all of her children to the highest degree of education possible. She lives with her children in a family house at Mumford, a fishing community in the Coastal region of Ghana.
Afua runs a grocery shop to support her husband and provide for the family. She sells products like evaporated milk, candies, toiletries, pomade, bottled water etc. She has been in business for nine years now. She also sells cosmetics to support her family with additional income.
Afua is expecting higher profits if she receives her loan. She will be adding more products to her grocery stall in the community. Her grocery products sell very quickly after she purchases them. Also, she will be adding vegetable and spices on top of table to diversify her trading.
