George Mbugua Chierra

George Mbugua Chiera is a 35 yr. old entrepreneur. He is married to Emily and they have been blessed with two children. Their children are in upper primary and George’s aim is to provide them with quality education up to university level.

Ten years ago George opened a small workshop so that he could offer welding services to the people of Githurai, the business has since grown and George has managed to employ three people and has already diversified his business and currently he is able to supply metal to small industries. He is currently making a monthly net profit of ksh52000 and has high hopes of doubling this amount before the end of the year.

George has been an Opportunity Kenya client for the last one year and we are currently funding him the second loan.

With this loan George wants to invest it by increasing the stock of metal and other products that he uses in his work so that he can serve his customers well.
