Japhrice Olesi Etole is a 45 year old entrepreneur. She is married and God has blessed her with six children. Her first three children are in high school and the rest are in upper primary. Japhrice aims to provide her children with quality education and set up a formidable family business that will be run by her children and grand children in the future.

Japhrice started her business in 2003 after she had retired from formal employment. With her small savings she started by selling consumable goods in the roadside but she has since expanded and she currently sells a variety of goods in her small kiosk. She is currently making a monthly net profit of ksh9000 and hopes that in the near future, she will be able to double this amount.

Japhrice became a member of Opportunity Kenya recently and we are currently funding her with the first loan. She is intending to invest this loan by increasing the stock in her shop so that she can be in a position to serve her customers better. With good customer service and availability of goods in her shop, she is projecting to record high sales that will automatically translate into high profits.
