Victoria Nemenio strives hard for the progress of her vegetable vending business and also with their family living condition. She bought additional variety of vegetables out from the amount she availed from ASKI and Optinnow lenders. She felt glad that her business income is now growing and enough to support her children’s necessities. Victoria hopes that lenders will continue to support her business so that she could sustain the needs of her family and somehow improve their living condition.

Through the loan that Victoria Nemenio received from ASKI, she was able to purchase more kinds of vegetables and additional products to sell in her store. Because of her sacrifices and hard work, her store is fast growing and earning a good income. She is praying for the unending guide of our God, for her to become a successful entrepreneur and that lenders will continuously support her in her business.

Moses was in a jovial mood when we visited him to discuss the progress of his business. After investing his loan in servicing and repairing his vehicle, Moses has recorded an increase in demand for customers who desire his services. This has allowed him to make very good sales that have translated into high profits in the last four months. He is on time in making his repayments and hopes to clear his outstanding balance soon so that he can take a bigger loan to start another business. He is thankful to Opportunity Kenya and any other person who has assisted him in running the business.

He is currently making good sales and as we are approaching the festive season, Paul has high hopes of making good profits because this is always the high season in his business. He is currently making his repayments on time and hopes to clear the loan by March 2010 so that he can take a bigger loan to expand his business further.
